Ravi Chandrasekaran , D.O.
Dr. Ravi Chandrasekaran grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and attended Cornell University for his Undergraduate education. He then proceeded to medical school, graduating from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic medicine in 2000. He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Vincent Mercy medical center, a large tertiary care, level I trauma center in Toledo, Ohio. He subsequently joined Maine Centers for healthcare in September 2003 as a traditional general internist with both inpatient and outpatient care.
A multi-instrumentalist with formal training in music theory, Dr. Chandrasekaran has composed and recorded seven albums of original music and continues to compose in his free time. An avowed "tech junkie", he also enjoys tinkering with computers and small electronics as well as keeping up to date on technological trends.
