Scott Chase, D.O.

A long-time resident of Scarborough, Dr. Scott Chase received his B.S. in Biology from Bates College in 1984.  He went on to medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Dr. Chase graduated in 1988, a member of the Psi Sigma Alpha National Osteopathic Honor Society, and completed an internship and residency in Family Practice at Brighton Medical Center.  During his training, Dr. Chase worked with the Indian Health Service in Alaska, Wyoming and Oklahoma.  He has been board certified in Family Practice since 1991 and has been providing family health care at his office in Scarborough since that time.  His professional interests also include Pediatrics, Geriatrics, and Hospice care.  Dr. Chase is a clinical instructor at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Chase enjoys fly fishing, woodworking, taking cello lessons, and hand-crafting bamboo fly rods.  His favorite activity is spending time with his wife and two young children.
