PHYSICIANS
George K. Gardner, Jr., D.O.
Dr. Gardner grew up in Harrisburg, PA and graduated with a BS in Biology from Lebanon Valley College in 1966. He attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO in 1970. He performed his internship at the Osteopathic Hospital in Portlad, ME and was then drafted into the United States Navy in 1971 as a General Medical Officer. He served at Davisville, RI until 1973.
Dr. Gardner is certified in Family Medicine. He began his practice in Scarborough, ME in 1973 and later added another office in Buxton, ME in 1982. He joined the staff at Maine Centers for Healthcare in January 2005.
Dr. Gardner enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and grandchildren. He relaxes by spending time in the outdoors both hunting and fishing.
